RevenueVision®,
SDG's latest offering, is a cloud-based software solution that allows colleges and universities the ability to track, manage and optimize the management of auxiliary service contracts (e.g., concession, hospitality, dining, vending, events, etc.) and self-operated facilities. A “software as a service” solution, RevenueVision® is used by various campus departments to manage contracts between your institution and your service providers.
Key features of RevenueVision® include:
- Tracks revenues and expenses from each contract in a manner that allows for pro-active management of vendor relationships in order to maximize revenues and minimize expenses. Revenues from commissions, rents, minimum annual guarantees, and other user-definable categories can be tracked and reported on, allowing for effective revenue optimization.
- Tracks sales activity and statistics to allow the institution to quickly and easily measure vendor performance and determine key performance metrics. Any type of activity or statistic can be defined and tracked within RevenueVision®.
- Manages contractual relationships and tracks and maintains pertinent details about the agreement(s) between the institution and the service providers including user-definable dates, user-definable provisions, escalation and options, maintenance responsibilities, and even leaseholds by category, type of space and user-definable units of measure (for example, square foot, acre, and parking space).
- Manages organizations/service providers and tracks important information about each service provider and business contact. RevenueVision® allows multiple contacts and addresses for each company such as billing contact, local contact, legal contact, disadvantaged, and minority- or woman-owned business status. RevenueVision® provides integration with your email client to allow direct emailing from within RevenueVision®.
- Alerts you to events or incidents requiring management attention. RevenueVision® includes a powerful "alert" feature that provides an on-screen and/or email-based alert that provides management with the information needed to effectively manage. Examples include event-based alerts such as escalation and option dates or financial-based alerts such as revenues falling below a minimum threshold.
- Provides for document management by allowing for the storage or linking to pertinent contract management documents such as actual contracts, requests for proposals, submitted payments, etc.
- Complements your existing systems through Web services or traditional data loading routines to minimize or eliminate redundant data entry.
- Eliminates the multitude of spreadsheets and the associated risks of using unsecured, untested spreadsheets for financial reporting.
RevenueVision® is a hosted solution and is available as a service. This provides a lower cost of ownership for our customers. The only requirement for use is a connection to the Internet and a standard Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.). Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. |
