Configuration and Training
SDG offers comprehensive configuration and training services for both CapitalVision® and RevenueVision® clients. Unlike many software developers that offer “generic” training, SDG uses a client focused approach where each of our systems are configured to match each individual client’s needs and our training services are performed using actual client data. This allows our customers to “get up to speed” quickly and minimizes client staff disruptions.
Training services are typically performed on-site at the client location. The time required for training will vary based on the number of subscribers (users).
Each RevenueVision® and CapitalVision® subscription is provided with the following:
- Unlimited Telephone Support During Normal Business Hours (M-F 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT with the exception of published holidays)
- All upgrades and patches are provided at no additional charge
- Guaranteed 99.5% System Availability (other than during normal maintenance windows)
- All system administration services including nightly backups
